What does it mean to be a Reviver?
A Reviver is any person or entity that is part of the process of recovering a product, either by donating it or by receiving and/or recovering it as an entity.

What does it take to become a Reviver?
👉 If you are a particular donor: you become a Reviver the moment you return a product through our Recoverable Products Marketplace.
👉 If you represent an entity: you become a Reviver the moment you become part of a Receiving Route or a Product Recovery Chain.
What are the advantages of being a Reviver?
👉 If you are a particular donor: as a Reviver, you get an automatic reward for your return. The reward associated with the return of a product is detailed on the page of each product and is established by the entity that receives them, in each case they are different!
👉 If you represent an entity: as a Reviver, your entity gets the Revivack Certification and your product gets the R Code that guarantees its recoverability.
What can Revivack bring me if I am a manufacturing or distribution company?
By joining Revivack, manufacturers and/or distributors obtain a series of tangible benefits:
👉 Greater proximity to your customers: by participating in a transparent and user-friendly Recovery Chain, your entity demonstrates to your customers your commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.

What is Revivack Certification?
It is a certification by which Revivack recognizes the direct involvement of an entity in a Chain of Recovery of one or more products.
It is automatically awarded to any entity that activates a Receiving Route or a Recovery Chain.
Likewise, at this moment the seal is also granted to the rest of the partner entities that participate in the process of the activating entity.
What is a Revivack product?
Any entity can register one or more products in Revivack and code them, i.e. to plan their reception and retrieval. .
What characteristics must a product have to be registered?
👉 Same materials or components: a Revivack product encompasses all those items that are composed of the same components and/or materials, regardless of size or design. For example: frying pans and casseroles made of aluminum and with PVC handles, without other additions, can be registered under the concept: “Cookware”.
👉 One or several trademarks: the product you register can be your trademark or the trademark of other companies. The important thing is that your entity has the will to recover it.

Who can register with Revivack?
Individuals can register with Revivack if they wish to return one or more unused products to be recovered and receive a reward in return.
On the other hand, you can also register entities that wish to get involved in the chain of recovery of one or more unused products. These entities may be manufacturers, trading companies, consultants or product recovery centers.

How to register a product
Registering a product is the first step to be taken by an entity that wishes to be part of a product recovery chain. How?
1- Log in to your personal panel.
2- Go to the “Products” section.
3- Go to “Create a new product“.
4- Fill in the necessary information so that we can create the public page of your product.
It will be useful to know beforehand what parts and materials they are made of, although it is not essential at this step.
Voila! Your product page will now be visible in our Recoverable Products Marketplace although it will still be seen as inactive.
To activate it you will have to create a Route to specify how you will receive your product for storage.
This way, your product will already be available in the Marketplace to be returned.
Can I register a product of other brands?
The product you register with Revivack can be your brand or another company’s brand.
The important thing is that your entity has the will to recover it.
I am a Recovery Center: can I register the products I recover?
Of course you can:
1- Log in to your personal panel.
2- Go to the “Products” section of your dashboard.
3- Go to the “+ New product” section.
4- Fill in the necessary fields to register your product.
When you are finished, your product will appear in the public Recoverable Products Marketplace as a Non-Active Product.
To activate it, you will need to create and activate a Receiving Route so that any interested entity or individual donor can donate and send you the product you recover.
What is the R Code of a product?
If a product has an R Code, it means that it is a Returnable Coded Product, i.e. that this product has a planned return (collection or reception) and/or recovery, at different geographical levels.
The R code is, in fact, a QR code issued by Revivack that allows direct access to the return and collection applications for this product, as well as to the reverse traceability data for this product.
👉 In short, the R CODE of a product is the guarantee that it can be easily returned for transparent recovery.
How to get the R-Code of a product?
Coding a product gives the product the guarantee of its recovery.
To code a product, all you have to do is:
1- Register the product.
2- Activate a Route to receive it or a Chain to recover it.
3- The system will automatically assign a QR code to your product that will link to your page in the Recoverable Products Marketplace where anyone can choose how to return it.
What does it mean for an entity to "receive" a product?
Receiving a product in Revivack means that an entity creates one or more Receiving Routes for donors to send them unused products.
This entity undertakes to store the products received and then recover their components and transform them into raw materials.
Donors can be individuals or other entities if the reception is done in large quantities for recovery.
What is a Receiving Route?
The routes are registered by an entity in Revivack to start receiving and storing unwanted products with the objective of their later recovery.
They can be created by a manufacturing or marketing entity or by a recovery center that directly recovers the product.
How to create a Route to start receiving products
Receiving Routes you offer to your customers to return products, as well as the possible rewards for doing so, for example, a discount on the purchase of a new product. How?
1- Log in to your personal panel.
2- Go to the “Receive” section.
3- Go to “Create a New Route“.
4- Fill in the necessary parameters to activate your Route(s) and start receiving your product: the areas of origin from which the product can be sent to you, the collection points you will set up, the channels you offer (postal and/or physical delivery) and the maximum number of units you accept in each shipment.
5- Configure the Route budget in case it is a postal shipment.
6- Create and associate a reward that you will offer to donors who return your product. For example, a discount for the purchase of the same (or another) new product.
7- Configure the automatic message that the system will send by e-mail to each donor who returns your product.
8- Activate your Route and start receiving and storing products that you can later retrieve. Voila!
With these data defined, you can activate your Route and start receiving and storing your product. It is important that the storage is done in an orderly manner so that you group the different types of materials, or at least the same product, without mixing one type of product with another.
Once you activate a Receiving Route several important things will happen:
👉 Your product will be available for return in the Recoverable Products Marketplace.
👉 Your product will be coded and automatically assigned an R code that will link to your product’s page in the Marketplace.
👉 At this point we will award the Revivack Certification to your entity and also to others that are part of your Route (such as stores or distribution centers).
At the launch, we offer a significant discount on the basic suscription that covers up to 10 returns/month.

If you already have a Recovery Center to close the circle, perfect. If not, you can always find the partner you need in Revivack.
What do we mean when we talk about Tidy Waste?
The Tidy Waste is an accumulation of equal products in disuse that fulfill the following characteristics:
👉 They are stored in the same place.
👉 The parts of the stored items have exactly the same materials.
👉 They are all separated with the same system.
👉 The entity has a short, medium or long term recovery plan based on agreements with specific recovery centers.
I want to recover my product but I don't want to store it, how can I do it?
If as an entity you have a clear intention to recover the products you manufacture and/or commercialize but you do not have storage capacity or simply do not wish to store them in your facilities, you have two options:
1- Diversify the collection points of your products: they can be in warehouses, offices or stores related to your entity that can act as receivers and storers of your products.
2- You can always look for and contact another entity in Revivack that can perform this task for you and reach a collaboration agreement in our system.
How do I retrieve a product that I have already stored?
In order for your product to be retrieved after storing it in an orderly manner, you need to:
1- Locate the right partner that retrieves your product materials.
To do this, go to the “Lab” in your personal panel and find the Retrieval Centers you need.
2- Sign a collaboration agreement that specifies how to act as systematically as possible (what minimum amount of product you need to store so that it can be recovered, who sends this amount to the Recovery Center and how, etc.), thus establishing the Recovery Chain flows that will be traced through our blockchain application.
3- Once you have agreed on the method of action and you have stored a sufficient amount of product, you will only have to go to your personal panel and order the collection of your product from your recovery partner.
He/she will receive the notification and will proceed to pick it up.
DONATE PRODUCTS
As a individual donor, what advantages do I get from Revivack?
👉 Satisfaction: returning what you don’t use to be recovered in a transparent way is a relief.
At Revivack we promote common sense, i.e. using things to do things.
👉 Rewards: entities that receive products often offer rewards, such as discounts on the purchase of new products from their brand.
👉 Information: many of the products that are registered with Revivack have an R Code associated with them that lets you know how the products are reclaimed. And you’ll be able to locate yours.
What is the Recoverables Marketplace?
The Revivack Recoverable Products Marketplace is the first of its kind in the world.
Here you will find products, sorted by categories and brands, that you can return once they are no longer of use to an organization that will store them and then recover their components and transform them into raw materials.
What do you get for returning or donating (if you are an entity) unused products? Each entity that activates a product in our marketplace indicates the reward offered for each return, which usually represents a discount on the purchase of the same new product.
Don’t forget to visit our Marketplace regularly because new products available are added every week!
How can I return a product?
Enter our Recoverable Products Marketplace, choose the product you wish to return and then follow the instructions.
You can return your products by mail or by dropping them off at a physical store, depending on the Return Routes offered by each entity. The Recepcion Routes and the rewards for returning are different for each product!
Once you choose the return channel you prefer, you will receive an email with which you will be able to benefit from the associated reward.
Do I have to pay the shipping cost on the return of my product?
Each entity receiving returnable products will explain, in each case, the existence or not of shipping costs for the products.
Choose the product you are interested in returning and read carefully the return options as well as the reward offered by the entity. Each product may be different.
How do I benefit from the return reward?
The return conditions and rewards are specified on the page of each returnable product. Please note that they may be different for each product.
In any case, after registering your return in Revivack, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions to benefit from your reward.
As an entity, can I donate products to be recovered?
Of course, and in fact, entity donations, when made in larger quantities, are very valuable to all parties.
The Recoverable Products Marketplace shows those that can be donated by individuals, those that can be donated by entities and also those that can be donated by both individuals and entities.
Enter the page of the product you are interested in donating as an entity and follow the instructions.

RECOVER PRODUCTS
What is a Recovery Chain?
3TR Chains are flows that reflect each step of the recovery process of a returned product, from the time it is collected until it becomes raw material.
For total assurance that the process is real, information from each step is instantly dumped on the blockchain to provide transparency, trust and traceability.
How can I create a Recovery Chain for my product?
Two cases can occur:
👉 If you already know a Recovery Center for your products:
1- Log in to your personal dashboard.
2- Access the “Lab” section and invite that entity to register with Revivack.
3- Sign a partnership agreement.
4- Establish the chain flow, i.e. all the steps your product will go through until it is recovered.
5- Adapt the Blockchain Revivack application to your own Chain.
6- Activate the Recovery Chain.
👉 If you don’t know a Recovery Center for your products:
1- Log in to your personal panel.
2- Access the “Lab” section and search for a Recovery Center related to your products.
If you don’t find one, let us know. We can help you.
3- Invite that entity to register with Revivack.
4- Sign a collaboration agreement.
5- Establish the Chain flow, that is to say, all the steps your product will go through until it is recovered.
6- Adapt the Blockchain Revivack application to your own Chain.
7- Activate the Recovery Chain.
Once you activate a Recovery Chain, several very important things will happen:
1- Your product will be encoded and automatically assigned an R Code that will link to your product page on the Marketplace.
2- At this moment we will grant the Revivack Certification to your entity and also to others that are part of your Route (such as stores or distribution centers).
At the launch of Revivack, we offer a significant discount on the Reviver Plus fee that covers up to 10 recovery actions/month.

PRODUCT TRACEABILITY
What is blockchain technology and how does Revivack use it?
At Revivack we use blockchain technology to record and verify every step in the material recovery chain in a transparent and secure manner.
What does each actor in a chain do? We explain it with an example of a plastic recovery chain:
Collectors: plastic product collectors record each batch on the blockchain when they collect the materials, including details about the quantity and type of plastic.
Transporters: Transporters update the record when materials are moved to Recovery Centers, providing data on the route and transport conditions.
Recovery Centers: At the plant, the processing of plastics (cleaning, shredding, melting) is recorded at each stage, including the output of new recycled plastic pellets.
Manufacturers: Manufacturers who use these pellets to create new products record the use of these materials, completing the traceability cycle from source to final product.
Consumers and regulators: Consumers can verify the entire recycling chain through product R-Codes, and regulators can access the data to ensure regulatory compliance.
In summary, the application of blockchain technology in the traceability of the materials recovery process offers a robust solution to ensure transparency, trust and efficiency in the recovery of discarded products, benefiting all parties involved and contributing to a more sustainable circular economy.

Locate and invite the entity you need to recover your product
Invite people from your company to help you manage your Revivack project.
You can do this from the “Team” section of your personal panel, or connect with other entities to activate recovery chains for your products. For the latter:
1- It is important that you first know the composition of the product you wish to recover; that is, the parts and materials that make it up. If you have any doubts about its composition, let us know. We can help you.
2- Once you know the parts and materials that make up your product, go to the “Lab” section and perform a search according to its composition. The system will show you the Recovery Centers available in Revivack to recover your product.
3- You will be able to contact any of them to reach a collaboration agreement and activate together a Recovery Chain for your product. This is the Revivack purpose!

You will also be able to obtain the Certificate of Origin of the raw materials generated in your Chain as well as the net CO2 balance and direct advice from Revivack in your project.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time.
You can do it from your profile in your personal panel or by accessing the Revivack plans.
If you change to a higher plan you will be able to access the corresponding functionalities from the moment you make the change, you will only have to pay the difference with respect to the plan you had until that moment.
You can also cancel your plan at any time you wish to do so. You will not be charged for the next payment and you will be able to enjoy your plan until then.
