No problem. Your subscription remains active, which means you keep your Circular Pass® and can use your mentoring hours to prepare upcoming projects. You can also pause and reactivate your plan at any time.

Each plan includes a set number of Circular Mentoring hours. If you need extra support, you can purchase additional hours directly from the app without changing your plan.

Yes. A Circular Pass® can be applied to products, events, or spaces. You decide where to use it, depending on what you want to circularize — and we validate it.

These are the activity records you create in the platform: collections or returns, recovery routes, chain setups, etc. Each plan includes a maximum number of monthly actions, which can be extended if needed.

• Customers in Spain: 21% VAT is applied at checkout.

• Companies in the EU with a valid VAT ID: no VAT is applied (reverse charge).

• Outside the EU: no VAT.

• Courtesy Passes let you share a Circular Pass® with a client, supplier, or collaborator, as a way of involving them in your circularity journey.

• Co-ownership Passes allow multiple parties (e.g. you and a partner or supplier) to jointly hold and manage the same Circular Pass®, sharing responsibility and visibility.

• Welcome Pack (295 €): one-time payment that includes 1 Circular Pass® + 3 hours of personalized mentoring. The best way to get started with guided support.
• Monthly Subscription: ongoing access to the platform, traceability, and accumulated impact, with the flexibility to pause or upgrade whenever you want.
