Frequently Asked Questions for Event Organizers

BEFORE THE EVENT
How do my suppliers take part?

Right now (while we are in beta), supplier invitations are managed externally:

  1. You list your suppliers in a simple form.
  2. We send you a welcome pack and an invitation link for your suppliers.
  3. Suppliers register their products and define their recovery journey at no cost, thanks to the Courtesy Circular Pass®.
  4. If they need guidance, our team can support them step by step.

👉 Soon this process will be fully integrated into your event page for even easier onboarding.

What if some suppliers don’t join?

Your event will still be registered and validated. However, the more suppliers that participate, the higher the traceability and the stronger the impact. For example, if your main catering provider joins, you’ll have traceable recovery for food packaging. If your stage design supplier joins, you’ll be able to showcase the recovery of materials like wood, fabric, or vinyl. Each supplier that joins strengthens your event’s sustainability story.

What is a Courtesy Circular Pass® for suppliers?
It is a free pass offered to suppliers or partners when they are invited to join a circularized event or space.

Because it has no cost, it removes any barrier for participation and ensures that your event can truly be circular.

It only applies to that specific occasion, and gives them the chance to experience how circularity works.

If they wish to continue beyond that first invitation, they can then obtain their own full Circular Pass®.

What is a Reviver?
A Reviver is any company, professional, or organizer that proves their impact through circularity. By using the Circular Pass® for events, you officially become one of them, gaining recognition, visibility, and trust.”

DURING THE EVENT
How do I use the Circular Pass during the event?
We provide you with a welcome pack full of communication tips, visual assets, and best practices. This helps you share your circular commitment with participants, sponsors, and media in real time. By showing which products and suppliers are part of your recovery plan, you transform your event into a transparent and engaging showcase of circularity.
How is this different from traditional waste management?

How is this different from traditional waste management?
Waste management focuses only on disposal. The Circular Pass® goes further: it highlights reuse, recovery, and traceability, turning waste into visible impact. Instead of simply “managing trash,” you prove where materials go, how they are recovered, and what benefits are generated — a narrative that sponsors, attendees, and regulators value highly.

AFTER THE EVENT
How much does it cost to circularise an event?
The cost of issuing an Event Circular Pass® is unique and includes three months of traceability for the recovery of materials. If you want ongoing support through Circular Mentoring, our team can guide you through supplier engagement and recovery planning. There is also the option of a subscription model that allows you to circularise as many events as you wish throughout the year.

If you wish to go forward, please check our pricing page.

What do I gain as an organizer?
After your event, you receive a traceable, certified report of material recovery. This report can be used in your marketing, in funding or sponsorship bids, and in your ESG or sustainability reports. More than just numbers, it gives you verified impact stories: how many products were rescued, which suppliers participated, and what materials were recovered. This strengthens your reputation, increases transparency, and gives you a competitive edge when organizing future events.
