Frequently Asked Questions for Event Organizers
How do my suppliers take part?
Right now (while we are in beta), supplier invitations are managed externally:
- You list your suppliers in a simple form.
- We send you a welcome pack and an invitation link for your suppliers.
- Suppliers register their products and define their recovery journey at no cost, thanks to the Courtesy Circular Pass®.
- If they need guidance, our team can support them step by step.
👉 Soon this process will be fully integrated into your event page for even easier onboarding.
What if some suppliers don’t join?
Your event will still be registered and validated. However, the more suppliers that participate, the higher the traceability and the stronger the impact. For example, if your main catering provider joins, you’ll have traceable recovery for food packaging. If your stage design supplier joins, you’ll be able to showcase the recovery of materials like wood, fabric, or vinyl. Each supplier that joins strengthens your event’s sustainability story.
What is a Courtesy Circular Pass® for suppliers?
Because it has no cost, it removes any barrier for participation and ensures that your event can truly be circular.
It only applies to that specific occasion, and gives them the chance to experience how circularity works.
If they wish to continue beyond that first invitation, they can then obtain their own full Circular Pass®.

How do I use the Circular Pass during the event?
How is this different from traditional waste management?
How is this different from traditional waste management?
Waste management focuses only on disposal. The Circular Pass® goes further: it highlights reuse, recovery, and traceability, turning waste into visible impact. Instead of simply “managing trash,” you prove where materials go, how they are recovered, and what benefits are generated — a narrative that sponsors, attendees, and regulators value highly.
